This Temecula homeowner scheduled a preventative maintenance service to ensure their air conditioning system was ready for the cooling season. During our comprehensive inspection, we cleaned the outdoor condenser coil and thoroughly evaluated the system's electrical and mechanical components.

Our inspection revealed several issues that were affecting the system's reliability and efficiency. The contactor showed significant wear from years of operation, the indoor capacitor was leaking and nearing failure, and the outdoor fan motor was no longer performing at its best. Left unaddressed, these components could have led to unexpected breakdowns during periods of heavy use.

To improve system performance and reliability, we replaced the worn contactor, installed a new outdoor fan motor, and replaced the failing capacitor. We also upgraded the system with a 5-2-1 Hard Start Kit to reduce startup stress on the compressor and help extend equipment life.
