This Temecula homeowner had been dealing with poor airflow and uneven temperatures throughout the home for years. The existing HVAC system was over 25 years old and struggled to provide consistent comfort, leaving some areas of the house feeling too warm while others received inadequate airflow. After evaluating the system, we determined that both the aging equipment and the ductwork design were contributing to the problem.
To restore comfort and improve efficiency, we performed a complete HVAC system replacement. The project included installing a new high-efficiency American Standard condenser, evaporator coil, and furnace. In addition to replacing the equipment, we modified and upgraded sections of the ductwork to improve airflow and air distribution throughout the home. We also added a new duct run to the garage, providing conditioned air to a space that previously lacked adequate cooling and heating.
The result was a dramatic improvement in overall comfort, airflow, and system performance. With the new American Standard system and upgraded ductwork working together, the home now experiences more balanced temperatures, stronger airflow, improved energy efficiency, and a more comfortable living environment in every room. The homeowner can now enjoy reliable heating and cooling throughout the entire property, including the garage, for years to come.
